Where do they hold the PRAXIS exams?

The exams are done right here on campus. For more information or if you have any questions, contact Shara Gardner at 207.768.9419

How long does it take to complete the program?

The standard program can be completed in 18 months.

Is this program taught by lecture alone?

The program is a balance between theory and practice, and our faculty members have experience in higher education and K-12.

Are there things to do off campus that are close by and easy to access?

Yes! Within walking distance is the Braden Movie Theater, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, sandwich shops and a grocery store! The Bike Path runs right through campus and is great for running, walking, biking, roller blading or roller skiing! Close by is WalMart, The Aroostook Centre Mall, the Nordic Heritage Center (world class Nordic skiing facility), Big Rock in Mars Hill (alpine skiing), the Aroostook State Park (tremendous snow shoeing, cross country skiing, mountain biking trails), and the Caribou Performing Arts Center.

I’m a Canadian student and I’m wondering about the cost of tuition. Is it very high?
