Natasha McCarthy has been promoted to vice president, human resources director.   She is responsible for developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures to recruit and retain the best possible staff to provide superior service to the bank’s customers. In addition, she oversees the bank’s outstanding benefits package and culture of employee engagement, both of which helped earn Katahdin Trust a 2018 Best Places to Work in Maine designation.
