UMPI and the Student Activities Office will host various events for Winter Weekend from Thursday, Feb. 25 through Sunday, Feb. 28. On Thursday, Feb. 25, there will be free ice skating with your UMPI ID at the Presque Isle Forum from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., a hot chocolate table will be set up outside Folsom/Pullen from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and the Snowflake Dance, featuring DJ Jake Ball will be from 10 p.m. – 1 a.m. in the Campus Center. On Friday, Feb. 26, there will be a snow treats table set up outside Folsom/Pullen from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. In the evening, there will be free bowling at Northern Lanes and there will be free ice skating with your UMPI ID at the Presque Isle Forum from 7 -9 p.m. On Saturday, Feb. 27, there is skiing/snowboarding at Big Rock in Mars Hill from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (sign up with the Outing Club – amanda.g.baker@maine.edu) and free ice skating with your UMPI ID at the Presque Isle Forum from 1-3 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. On Sunday, Feb. 28, there will be free ice skating with your UMPI ID at the Presque Isle Forum from 1-3 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
