UMPI On-Campus Residents,

As a follow up to President Rice’s email, we are working hard to help students make plans to move out of their rooms and/or to make appropriate living arrangements. We will be hosting meetings tonight for all ON CAMPUS residents to answer questions about moving out of rooms, timeline for moving, available resources, and making special accommodations to meet the needs of community members who may need to remain on campus.

We are offering two different meeting times, residents are welcome to attend either meeting.  Both meetings will be hosted in the Kelley Commons (cafeteria) in Campus Center.

MEETING OPTION #1: Kelley Commons @ 6pm
MEETING OPTION #2: Kelley Commons @ 7pm

We will be offering future meeting opportunities for commuting students and other learner populations, however, the meetings tonight will be specific to students who live on campus to help them navigate this moving process.

We will be sending out additional information via email as well, but these meetings will offer students a chance to hear from staff in person and ask questions that might benefit the whole community in a public forum.

ALL residents (students who live on campus) need to complete this form to help us understand your plans and how we can best serve you:

If you are unable to attend either of these meetings please follow up with your RA or a member of the ResLife staff.  We understand that this is a big change for everyone and we appreciate your willingness to take these important steps to protect the health and safety of the greater community.

Thank you and we will see you soon!
Sarah
