Things that make Park Hall a great place to live:

Park Hall is a traditional co-ed residence hall with singles and doubles that primarily accommodates upperclassmen. With a capacity for approximately 85 residents, the building is staffed by 1 professional staff member and 2 Resident Assistants. 

For the current school year, the floors are designated as follows:

  • Park 1st Floor: Gender Neutral 
  • Park 2nd Floor: Male
  • Park 3rd Floor: Female

Building Amenities

  • 3 Floors
  • 2 laundry rooms on the basement and third floors (free for all residents)
  • Resident Assistant Office. RA’s on call from (staffed 8PM-8AM)
  • Main community lounge containing TV, pool table, and a pingpong table 
  • Community kitchenette in basement
  • 1 Lounge on each floor
  • Vending Machines on the first floor 
  • Wheelchair accessible (first floor only) 
  • 1 Gender Neutral, 1 male, and 1 female designated bathroom 
  • Building HVAC notes:
    • Air conditioning – Park Hall is NOT an air-conditioned building. Residents are highly encouraged to bring fans.
    • Heat – heat is provided mid-Fall through Spring through a centralized building system. Each room has a thermostat which allows residents to set the temperature of the room to +/- 10°F from the building temperature.

This building has five types of room layout: Single, Medical Single, Double, Double Plus and Suites.
