We can’t wait to have you as a resident on campus! The process for applying for housing is simple, but there are a few differences depending on if you are a new or returning student and the dates you wish to stay on campus.

Housing Contracts

Our housing contracts are date specific. Please choose the contract based on the dates you wish to stay in our residence halls.

2024-2025 Academic Year Contract (Fall Start) Application

• Start Date: August 31, 2024
• End Date: Not Graduating: May 9, 2025 at 5PM | Graduating: May 11, 2025 at12PM
• Eligibility: Must be enrolled full time (Undergrad: 12 credits/semester | Grad: 6 credits/semester) unless final term or approved by student support services to under enroll in that semester. 
• Costs:
  • Single: $3525.00
  • Medical Single: $2730.00
  • Double: $2730.00
  • Double Plus: $2730.00
  • Meal Plan (Required): $2625.00

Winter 2025 Housing Contract

• Start Date: December 20, 2024
• End Date: January 18, 2024
• Eligibility: Must be enrolled in a winter course or enrolled full time (Undergrad: 12 credits/semester | Grad: 6 credits/semester) in Spring 2025 semester courses unless final term or approved by student support services to under enroll in that semester by the start of the Winter Housing.
• Costs: $25/night

• Start Date: January 18, 2024
• End Date: Not Graduating: May 9, 2025 at 5PM | Graduating: May 11, 2025 at12PM
• Eligibility: Must be enrolled full time (Undergrad: 12 credits/semester | Grad: 6 credits/semester) unless final term or approved by student support services to under enroll in that semester. 
• Costs:
  • Single: $3525.00

  • Double Plus: $2730.00

Summer 2025 Housing Contract Application

• Start Date: May 9, 2025 if you are a continuing resident; May 12, 2025 if you are a new resident. 
• End Date: Not continuing for FA25: August 22, 2025 | Continuing to FA25: August 30, 2025
• Eligibility: Must be enrolled full time (Undergrad: 12 credits/semester | Grad: 6 credits/semester) unless final term or approved by student support services to under enroll in that semester. 
• Costs: Costs for the SU25 room will be announced during the Spring 2025 Semester. Costs will be updated once confirmed
